In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I as owner and/or skipper, agree to abide by all rules established for this regatta and by the decisions of the Race Committee and Protest Committee, and I hereby release Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club, its Officers, Trustees, Members and Committees from all liability by reason of injury to myself, to my crew, to my yacht, to my equipment, trailer or other vehicle. I understand and agree that sailing and sailboat racing carry certain inherent and unavoidable risks and dangers. I agree to abide by the rules of safety and rules established for this regatta and agree to hold harmless such Club and such other persons for any claims asserted against any of them arising out of my participation.
